    Pick the car that suits your trip — every page shows boot space, seats, size and fuel. Book on Turo with your dates, or choose Enquire with AutoChimp to ask our team about a car and dates. An enquiry does not reserve the car or take payment.

    2Verify your licence
    For a Turo booking, Turo verifies your licence and shows the car’s age and driver requirements. For an AutoChimp enquiry, our team will contact you to discuss your requirements. An enquiry does not arrange driver checks or confirm a booking.

    3Collect the key
    Choose Greenvale keybox pickup or Melbourne Airport handover when you book through Turo. Follow the collection instructions for your confirmed trip.

    Take about 15 photos around the car before you go — they're your record of how you received it. Confirm the car’s toll-tag setup with staff; eligible toll reimbursements follow your Turo trip’s conditions.

    5Return and check
    Return to the agreed spot on time with the same fuel level, follow the key-return instructions and take your return photos. Any eligible post-trip reimbursements are handled through Turo.

MELBOURNE AIRPORT
We bring the car to the airport and hand you the keys in person. Your confirmation names the meeting point for your terminal; contact us using your booking confirmation when you have your bags. Follow the return meeting instructions for your confirmed trip.

Tolls and fuel
Confirm the toll-tag setup for your car; eligible toll reimbursements are handled through Turo after the trip. Return at the same fuel level; Turo’s current reimbursement conditions apply.
Protection and deposit
Choose a protection option at Turo checkout. Responsibility amounts, any security deposit and the release process follow the conditions shown for your booking.
Changes
Request changes or an extension through Turo. The cancellation conditions shown on your confirmed booking apply.
