The glass bridge over the lanes takes you straight into the Transport Hub, PARKROYAL beside it. The lanes underneath serve taxis, rideshare and SkyBus. Follow the T123 Pick Up signs for public pickup.

At the zone: follow the signs to the pickup pillar number confirmed for your trip. Have your bags with you and contact us using your booking confirmation when you are ready.

  1. 1Collect your bags and message us "got my bags" using the contact instructions in your booking confirmation — we wait in the airport's wait zone and need about five minutes to drive in.
  2. 2Follow the signs to the T123 Transport Hub and take the overhead bridge over the lanes — it lands on Level 2 of the car park. Walk through to the back corner, following the "T123 Pick Up" signs.
  3. 3We confirm the zone number using the contact instructions in your booking confirmation — wait by that pillar and we pull into the bay in front of you. Level 3 is drop-off only. International arrivals: take your time through customs, we're tracking the flight.

  1. 1Collect your bags and message us "got my bags" using the contact instructions in your booking confirmation — we're about three minutes away in the waiting zone.
  2. 2Cross the T4 forecourt into the car park building and take the left-hand escalator up to Level 1 — the Public Pick Up Area. Follow the "Public pick-up" signs; about two minutes on foot.
  3. 3We're waiting with the car: licence check, a walk-around with photos together, a quick run-through of the controls, keys.
Flight delayed?
We follow the live arrival time. Only tell us if the flight number changes.
Late at night?
Airport meets run to the last arrival. The driveway keybox works at any hour if you'd rather.
Returning to the airport
We meet you at the Departures / Drop Off area for your terminal: T4 or T1–3. Confirm your terminal and return time with AutoChimp before arriving. We take the return photos together at the handover.
Child seats and luggage
Tell us bag counts and seat ages when you book; we confirm what fits from the car's record.
Prefer to skip the meeting?
Greenvale is 10 minutes by taxi or rideshare. Keybox pickup is included and works from your trip start time, any hour.
