    We’re tracking your flight. Text “got my bags” and we drive in from the waiting zone — about five minutes.

    Along the covered walkway, follow the sign
    Take the covered walkway to the Transport Hub. At the end the sign points to T123 Pick Up — Level 2.
  3. 3
    Wait at your zone pillar
    We text the zone number. Stand on the yellow walkway by that pillar — we pull into the bay in front of you. Five-minute zone, so have your bags with you.
Terminal 4 (Jetstar, Rex) has its own meeting point — it comes with your confirmation. Landing late? The driveway keybox works at any hour.

Keybox pickup from our Greenvale driveway any time, or we meet you at Melbourne Airport.

Drive, then drop the key back
Return at the same fuel level, pop the key in the box and send us a dash photo. Eligible toll reimbursements follow your Turo trip’s conditions.
